Expecting Second Child

Wow the excitment and concern of expecting your new born child. Exitment in the fact that a new life is born and concern in that the child is being born into a country with such uncertainty. Crime levels are too high and the standard of eductation is pathetic. So you might ask why then do you bring a child into this world. Answer is simple, because it was made with love and why must we suffer because our government is useless and can not control their people.
